bkfb Terms and Conditions

bkfb (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "our") operates an online casino and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the use of bkfb's website, mobile site, and all services under it.

This document has been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence. bkfb reserves the right to change these terms at any time; notice will be given on the platform before changes take effect.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension.

3.1 Login and Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with third parties is prohibited. If you believe that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify bkfb support immediately via live chat.

3.2 KYC Verification

bkfb may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time for security and fraud prevention. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be put on hold.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request voluntary closure of their account at any time via live chat. bkfb may also cancel or suspend an account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or repeated provision of false information.

4.4 Fraud and Chargeback Policy

If fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment reversals (chargebacks), or any attempt at financial manipulation is detected, bkfb will immediately suspend the associated account. bkfb also reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

bkfb has four VIP levels, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP levels are upgraded based on activity level and overall activity. Separate benefits apply at each level.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Read the terms and conditions of the specific promotion before claiming a bonus.
• The account must be fully verified to receive a bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device.
• Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements — the contribution rate for specific games is listed on the promotions page.
• The time limit for meeting bonus terms is generally 30 days; this may differ for specific offers.
• bkfb reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as placing low-risk bets (hedge betting) to meet bonus requirements, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any other manipulation — is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bkfb works with reliable software providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures complete randomness of results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Attempting to hack or modify game software
• Collusion or coordination with fellow participants
• Intentionally disrupting the game lobby
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by server issues, network outages, or software errors, bkfb reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bets placed. No additional compensation applies in such situations.

6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

The following apply to cricket, football, and other sports betting:

• Bets placed before an event begins are generally valid. Separate rules apply for in-play betting.
• If a match is abandoned, suspended, or found to be fixed, the related bets will be cancelled.
• If a clear error in odds (palpable error) is identified, bkfb reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.1 Self-Restriction Tools

bkfb is committed to helping users maintain healthy gaming habits. Any user may request the following via live chat:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Temporary or long-term account self-exclusion
• Account cooling-off for a specified period

7.2 Problem Gaming
